At Logic Lense, we sell digital products (such as eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable content). As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Shipping & Delivery
Since all our products are delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping involved. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to your purchased content via email or your user account.
If you do not receive your product within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@logiclense.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been downloaded or accessed. By purchasing any of our digital items, you agree to this no-refund policy.
We encourage you to carefully review the product details and ask any questions before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds only in the case of:
- Duplicate purchases.
- Technical issues on our end that prevent access to the product.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@logiclense.com with your order details.
